• To lift educational achievement through increased use of affordable digital devices

• To accelerate student achievement with each school identifying its focus of reading, writing or mathematics

• To actively engage whānau, families and the community in their children’s learning

• To empower families to become competent digital citizens

• To provide workshops on keeping safe in a digital world for parents and families

• To create a cluster-wide learning community that shares data and information about effective teacher practice

• To continue to support research and evaluation of the digital education strategy

• To work effectively with Te Reanga Ipurangi on joint committees to strengthen governance and financial management systems

• To complete an evaluation of the development of the two Trusts working together on this strategy

• To secure financial support for a broader evaluation of the digital education strategy

• To finalise policies for governance, administration and management

• To continue development of the Information Management system ITS to give parents, schools and trustees immediate and relevant information

• To support the International Funders of Indigenous Peoples Regional Pacific Gathering in Ōtaki in 2017

• To appoint two new trustees with broad skills in IT and education while building trustee expertise and knowledge.

• To develop and secure a WIFI network in Porirua in areas where Porirua East Group children reside

• To work effectively with Te Reanga Ipurangi to celebrate lessons learned by both Trusts
